I take your privacy and very seriously and will never sell, share or otherwise distribute your data. If you have any queries about how your data is used and can’t find the answer here, please email me.

How I use your data
If you place an order with me, I collect personal information about you that allows me to send you your purchase and to communicate with you about your transaction. This information could include:

        your name

        address

        phone number

        email address

This information is stored by my website host, Squarespace, on their password-protected servers. I do not share or sell your personal information with anyone.

Mailing list

If you subscribe to my mailing list, I will use your email address to email you about once a month with information about my next shop release. By subscribing, you get early access to the next shop release, news of special offers, and any other bits and bobs I think you might like to hear about. 

I use MailChimp to manage my newsletter mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter. To read MailChimp’s privacy policy please click here.

Debit and Credit Card Information

I use PayPal and Stripe to process online transactions and do not see, store, or have access to, any of your payment information.

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on your hard drive. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk, or read cookie files created by other websites, and will not damage your system. 

I use Squarespace Analytics cookies to track anonymous usage statistics, but do not collect any personal information that can be used to identify you. The data from these cookies helps me analyse web page usage and improve my website to tailor it to my customers’ needs.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.
