Shipping Information

Standard shipping costs per order are as follows:

UK - Tracked 24 £ 4.70
USA - Tracked & Signed* £23.50
Canada & Brazil - Tracked & Signed £23.00

Australia - Tracked & Signed £14.00
Korea - Tracked £21.00
South Africa - Tracked & Signed £19.60
Taiwan - Tracked & Signed £18.00

*For the USA, an additional 10% tariff applies to all orders. Please contact me if you wish to order.

All birds and artwork are nestled in tissue paper and packaged in 100% recycled or recyclable cardboard boxes. I use recyclable or sustainable packaging wherever possible. Where bubble wrap is used, this is reused from other packaging.

Dispatch

Birds are usually dispatched within a few days of ordering, unless your bird is made to order.

If your need is urgent, please contact me to check that I can make your deadline. I do get busy at certain times of year so some orders may take longer than expected (e.g. Christmas).

Standard UK shipping

Tracked 24 delivery is usually within 1-2 business days.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it to me in an unused condition and in its original packaging, for a full, no quibble refund.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package and I’ll let you know how to return it. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage and you should get a proof of posting certificate.

Special commissions are generally not refundable unless the item is faulty, but if you aren’t completely happy please get in touch and we can work out a solution.

International Tracked shipping

International deliveries are made using the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service (or Tracked if the full service is not available).

Delivery to Europe is usually 3-5 working days.
To the USA and Canada is usually 5-7 working days. 

If ordering from outside the UK

Please be aware your country may charge you import fees or duty which you will need to pay before taking delivery of your item.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import charges that may apply.

I am unable to ship to Europe at this time due to import regulations.

Buyers from the USA please note that additional charges of 10% apply and need to be paid before the order is dispatched. Please contact me to place an order.
